Merrill, Citi Launch Deal for Closed-End Fund

Last week, Merrill Lynch and Citi jointly launched a deal for Kayne Anderson MLP Investment Co., a publicly-traded investment company managed by KA Fund Advisors LLC, a subsidiary of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, market sources said.
